Staz Media, LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates stazmediacorp.com, Nexus-AGILE, and related platforms. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Information We Collect

We collect your email address and payment information at subscription. Usage data is collected anonymously via server logs. We do not sell personal data.

How We Use It

Email is used to authenticate your account and send service notifications. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe — we do not store card numbers. Usage data improves the platform.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Email stazmediacorp@gmail.com to request deletion at any time.

Cookies

One session cookie is used for authentication. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe (billing), Supabase (database), Google Maps & Yelp (lead enrichment), and ich8.org/DDLM-69 (AI signals). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

2. Terms of Service

By using any Staz Media, LLC platform, you agree to these terms.

Permitted Use

Platforms are for lawful B2B use only. You may not resell access, reverse engineer systems, or use outputs to train competing AI models.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at period end — no prorated refunds unless required by law.

Lead Data — No Guarantee

Nexus-AGILE lead generation uses third-party APIs (Google Maps, Yelp). Data accuracy depends on these sources. We do not guarantee lead quality or contact accuracy. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) when using lead data.

AI Signals — No Financial Advice

DDLM-69 signals are for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

Uptime

We target 99.5% uptime but make no guarantee. Downtime due to Stripe, Supabase, or third-party API issues is outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All Staz Media, LLC systems are proprietary. Patent Pending US 63/889,131. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
